"No rainy days here, it’s a great life!"

We like to be independent and we never thought we’d do this, move into a retirement place.  We thought we’d be in our house forever.

We always thought you have to save up for a rainy day, but here, the rainy day’s never going to come!  Your maintenance fees cover just about everything so you have no worries.

I love my gardening, and here I can volunteer as much or as little as I like.  It’s not something that HAS to be done, like in our old place, which had a big garden with lots of trees and was getting to be a lot of work.

What we like the most is the location – it’s so close to the beach and you have your own space and privacy.  You’re not closed in at all.
 
There’s so much variety here, lots of things to do.  We’ve got great neighbours and they’re there if you need them.

Love the people, love the location, and love the spacious feeling.  Our friends think it’s great.

We can’t think of anything we don’t like about living here!
