Townsend Park has announced  that sales of John Rogers Circuit are moving at a hectic pace and are far in advance of forecast at this point.  To date we have 9 pre-reservations and a further 14 expressions of interest in the apartments and the cottages  and our official launch is not until tomorrow.  Mr. Robert Milton, Townsend Park Marketing Consultant highlighted that a reservation is the only way that someone can reserve the unit of their choice and lock in the pre-release prices.  People that have made reservations will be protected from any market related price rises.  During the marketing process for Stage 1 & 2, whose sales were completed in record time, people who locked in early were able to protect themselves from price increases of up to 11% by the time last sales were finalised.
